Our Story

Friends to Bookends was born out of a shared love for stories, community, and the kind of conversations that start with “what are you reading?” and somehow end an hour later. We’re romance novel devotees, unapologetic Taylor Swift fans, and firm believers that summer is best spent poolside with a book in one hand and a margarita in the other.

We dreamt up Friends to Bookends as a welcoming little escape from the day-to-day—a place where everyone feels at home, where your TBR grows, and where books bring people together. Whether you’re a lifelong reader, getting back into reading, or just looking for a cozy spot to land, you belong here.
